Terms and Conditions and Cancellation policy

We wish you a warm welcome at Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes in Partij and request that you familiarize yourself with these general terms and conditions.

These general terms and conditions come into effect when a reservation is entered into.


Main guest.

The person who has made a reservation at Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes by means of a contact form, e-mail or by telephone.

The main guest must be 18 years or older and is responsible for his or her fellow guests and must have a permanent residence.

Manager.

The person who, as owner of B&B "t Wienhoes or on behalf of the owner of B&B" t Wienhoes, manages the Bed & Breakfast.

Third parties.

Any other legal entity that is not a guest, manager or owner.

Cancellation.

The revocation or cancellation of the definitive reservation within the applicable period.

You must take out a cancellation and/or travel insurance yourself.

1. General

1.1

Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes is described on the websites: https://www.bbhetwienhoes.com and https://www.facebook.com/HeuvellandZuidLimburg.

These websites have been compiled with the greatest care, but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the current situation at Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes at the time of the visit by our guests.

No rights can be derived by guests from such differences.

1.2

All rooms are suitable for two persons. An extra folding bed can be booked if necessary. However, the mattress of the folding bed is not the same quality as the mattresses of our fixed beds.

The garden apartment has a luxurious sofa bed that, once unfolded, is an excellent double bed (160x200), allowing a maximum of 4 people to stay.

Unfortunately you cannot bring pets, this for reasons of hygiene.

1.3

On the day of arrival, your room will be available to you from 3 p.m. and you can contact us until 8 p.m.

The agreed arrival times are guide times, but if you arrive much later or earlier, then you run the risk that nobody from the Bed & Breakfast is present. However, we can ensure that you can enter at any time. If you cannot be present at the indicated time, please let us know as soon as possible.

Different times are only possible in consultation with the management of B&B ‘t Wienhoes.

Because of the cleaning of the rooms, you must vacate them on the day of departure before 11 am, unless otherwise agreed.

1.4

Breakfast is served between 08:00 and 10:30 in the “horse stable”. With sunny weather there is the possibility to have breakfast outside on the terrace.

Different times for breakfast are only possible in consultation with us.

If you have special wishes for breakfast, gluten-free, low-salt, vegetarian, etc., please indicate this when you make the reservation with us. For this we do ask an extra surcharge per person, depending on your wishes.

It is not possible to book this afterwards.

1.5

All rooms at B&B 't Wienhoes have a private bathroom with shower, washbasin with hot & cold running water, toilet and include use of bed linen and towels. The garden apartment and the garden studio at B&B 't Wienhoes also have a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction cooker, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils)

1.6

The car can be parked outside the site, parking is entirely at your own risk. It is not allowed to park your car in the yard!

1.7

Bicycles can be stored in our bicycle shed.

1.8

The manager will inform you which rooms are available and usable at Bed and Breakfast 't Wienhoes.

The private areas may not be entered by guests.

The outside area has partitions for communal and private use, it is highly appreciated not to enter the private areas.

We expect our guests to follow instructions from the owner or manager.

In case of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and in case of inappropriate behavior, the owner or manager can deny and/or refuse guests access to Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes with immediate effect, without further notice and stating reasons and without refund of the accommodation costs.

We expect that guests of Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes adhere to the house rules and the general terms and conditions.

2. Prices.

2.1

The prices of the B&B rooms and the holiday homes are described on our website: https: //www.bbhetwienhoes.com

Prices for the B&B rooms are for two persons per night and include breakfast, use of towels and bed linen, water and electricity, heating, WiFi, tourist tax, VAT (9%) and final cleaning.


Prices for the holiday homes are for two persons per night, including use of towels and bed linen, WiFi, water and electricity, heating, tourist tax, VAT (9%). The holiday home will be presented at the check-in clean and must be cleaned by the guest before departure. If the guest wishes to have the final cleaning carried out by the manager, an additional € 40 will be charged. The guest must indicate this in advance when booking.

2.2

The prices do not include the costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs.

2.3

Prices of Bed & Breakfast B&B 't Wienhoes are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.

2.4

All statements on our websites are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments.

Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes is not bound by obvious errors on its websites.

3. Booking and payment.

3.1

3.2

If you book a B&B room / holiday home through our website, you will receive the invoice for your booking. You must check the information on the invoice, in case of errors you must contact us by e-mail: info@bbhetwienhoes.com

The invoice has a link to IDEAL or Credit Card, you can transfer the amount digitally. The balance must be paid within 8 days of receipt of this invoice. If the booking is made within 8 days before arrival, the invoice must be paid upon receipt. After payment of the balance you will receive a confirmation of your payment. If no payment is received within the specified period, the reservation will be canceled. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation from B&B 't Wienhoes. Breakfast is included in the price of the B&B rooms (room 1, 2, 3 and 4). The price of the holiday homes (garden apartment and garden studio) does not include breakfast. All prices include VAT and tourist tax.

After your payment has been received, the booking is final. You will receive a confirmation email for your reservation.

3.3

If you submit a reservation request by e-mail or telephone, you will receive a message from us as soon as possible with the relevant information and whether the desired room is still available for you.

You must check and confirm this information within 24 hours by sending an email back to info@bbhetwienhoes.com or confirming it in writing in another way.

By confirming the reservation request, the booking is only final. If we have not received a confirmation from you after 24 hours, the reservation request will be canceled immediately. This is to avoid disappointment for our other guests.

After the booking has been finalized, you must pay the entire amount in advance within 8 days to bank account: NL07 RABO 0357 2183 37 in the name of Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes. If the booking is made within 8 days before arrival, the entire amount must be paid immediately.

In the event that nothing is received after the 8-day period, the reservation made will be canceled immediately. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation from B&B 't Wienhoes.

4. Complaints.

4.1

We try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Despite our good care, it is still possible that you have a complaint or comment. In order to be able to resolve this properly, we ask you to notify us as soon as possible on the spot, by e-mail or by telephone.

The records of the owner are decisive in case of disagreement unless the guest can prove the contrary.

5. Liability.

5.1

Bed & Breakfast "t Wienhoes cannot be held liable for damage suffered by the guest or third parties as a result of the stay in the room concerned, the guest indemnifies Bed & Breakfast" t Wienhoes against claims in this regard.

Bed and Breakfast t Wienhoes is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation such as malfunctions and failure of power, WiFi, water supplies and technical installations as well as construction and/or roadworks not or untimely announced in the vicinity of Bed & Breakfast t Wienhoes

5.2

Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes does not accept any liability for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and/or goods during or as a result of the stay in the relevant room (s) of Bed&Breakfast 't Wienhoes.

5.3

The main guest named in the booking confirmation is responsible for an orderly course of events in and around the room (s) concerned.

Things must be handled with care and the room must be left tidy and decent. The garden apartment and the garden studio must be delivered clean.

This also applies to the use of items in the Bed and Breakfast, such as: the kitchen, the horse stable (public area), the indoor-outdoor area of Bed&Breakfast ‘t Wienhoes.

Breakage or damage must therefore be reported directly to the owner by the guest.

Any repair and/or replacement costs must be immediately reimbursed by the guest to the owner at his first request.

If, after check-out of the guest(s), it turns out that items have been left broken and this has not been reported to the owner, the invoice will still be charged for the repair and/or replacement costs incurred.

6. Security.

6.1

For your own safety and that of the Bed&Breakfast it is forbidden to smoke or use open fire inside the rooms.

If there is smoking in a room or house, additional cleaning costs will be charged of € 95.

Smoking is only allowed in the garden and outdoor areas around the Bed and Breakfast.

The misuse of fire/extinguishing agents or rendering the smoke detector inoperative is not permitted.

6.2

Other on-site facilities must be used with care by guests and in accordance with their intended use.

The safety of any small child must be guaranteed by the parents or supervisors. Think of the trampoline, swing, locks, stairs, cars, tractors, lawn mower, surrounding motorways, cycle paths, etc.

6.3

It is not allowed to feed the animals in the yard without consultation, including our own dog Paco.

7 Cancellation policy.

7.1

When a final booking for the Bed&Breakfast has been made and confirmed, the following applies with regards to the cancellation of that reservation:

- If canceled more than 14 days in advance, cancellation is free*.

- If canceled from 14 days to 10 days before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 25%.

- If canceled from 9 days to 6 days before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 50%.

- If canceled within 5 days or less before the arrival date, the cancellation costs are 100%.

*In case of cancellation more than 14 days in advance, the costs of our payment processor will be deducted from the amount paid. These costs are € 0.31. To be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, you must notify us of the cancellation by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.

After consultation, the agreed amount will be transferred to you as soon as possible, but no later than 21 days.

No refund will be made in the event of early departure, cancellation costs are also due if you do not show up. (No Show)

7.2

Bed & Breakfast 't Wienhoes can only cancel the reservation agreement in the following cases: in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale.

In one of these cases, the owner will provide the guest with an alternative offer as soon as possible.

If this is not possible or if the guest does not accept the alternative offered, the full amount will be refunded.

Any other damage as a result of the cancellation will not be compensated by the owner.

8. Final provision.

8.1

Insofar as not stipulated otherwise in the rules of private international law, only Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Non-Dutch-speaking guests are deemed to agree with the general terms and conditions.

8.2

All disputes arising from the user agreement or these conditions will be settled in the first instance by the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the rules of private international law provide otherwise.

8.3

Neither party can transfer its rights and obligations to third parties unless otherwise provided in these terms and conditions.

8.4

If and insofar as any provision in the user agreement and these terms and conditions proves to be invalid, the other terms and conditions will remain in force and the invalid article will be deemed to have been converted in such a way that it is brought into conformity with the apparent intentions of the parties.
